    Haryana Governor Attends Oath Ceremony in Kolkata

    Chandigarh, May 9 – Haryana Governor Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh today attended the oath-taking ceremony of the Chief Minister of West Bengal in Kolkata.

    On this occasion, the Governor met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and extended his heartfelt congratulations on the formation of the new government in West Bengal under his visionary leadership. He also extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the newly sworn-in Chief Minister, Sh Suvendu Adhikari. He expressed confidence that under the leadership of the new government, the state would witness a new era of development, transparent governance and inclusive growth.

    The Governor stated that the new government would work with renewed commitment towards public welfare, strengthening infrastructure, creating employment opportunities and ensuring better delivery of welfare schemes to every section of society. He also conveyed hope that the new leadership would fulfill the aspirations of the people and take the state forward on the path of peace, progress and prosperity.
